5th GRADE SUPPLY LIST for 2009-2010
A planner will be supplied by the school.
Each student will need 1 USB flash drive with minimum 1 GB.
*Label all supplies with your child’s name.

- 1 package of blue ink pens
- 4x6 lined index cards (50/pkg.)
- 12 #2 pencils or mechanical pencils that use 0.7 lead
· 1 three-ring zippered binder (2 inch or greater)
- 6 dividers
- wide-ruled notebook paper
- 1 wide-ruled spiral notebook
- 1 composition book, sewn, 9 ¾ x 7 ½, 100 pages
- 6 Duotang folders with brads

- markers (set of 8) – wide tip, classic colors

MUSIC:
All chorus members need a BLACK PLASTIC folder with pockets and tabs, 2 pencils, and an additional box of tissues.

6th Grade Supply List for 2009-2010
A planner will be supplied by the school.

Students should purchase the following items:
1 five star zipper notebook with 3” rings
Wide-ruled notebook paper
Plastic pencil holder to fit in notebook
10 duotang folders with pockets and brads
1 red pen
1 blue pen
1 highlighter, any color
2 dry erase markers
2 packages of dividers
A dozen #2 pencils and erasers
(Mechanical pencils are ok, but please have regular pencils also.)

7th Grade Supply List for 2009-2010
Students are required to keep an assignment notebook that will be provided by the school.
During the first week of school bring one box of tissuesto the homeroom teacher.
Each student will need to purchase TWO 2”-3” 3-ring notebooks…heavy duty with a clear
plastic cover.
Each student will need 6 notebook dividers with plastic tabs.
Each student will need hole re-enforcers.

(You may purchase the TI-84 if you
wish, but it is not required for pre-
algebra. The TI -84 will be required in
high school.)
